All plants are USDA inspected and have extensive state of the art food safety protocols in place to ensure the safest possible product. We ensure that keys to their operations include a focus on animal welfare, the environment, and the working environment of the people that work in the plant.
Our private branded offerings include fresh and frozen beef muscle cuts and offals processed and packed at our Midwestern USA partner plants.
